Located in the heart of the Universal Studios Lot, a brand new three-story, multi-faceted Event Center known as "The Commons" opens this Spring! Boasting a dedicated 4,500 sq. ft. event venue with an outdoor terrace, three state-of-the art theaters, and multiple dining locations all perfect for a wide range of events from cocktail receptions and galas to conferences and company meetings.
EVENT CENTER - 3RD FLOOR
The top floor of The Commons includes a 4,500 sq. ft. dedicated event space that can be utilized as one large event venue or can be broken down into four separate spaces. Accommodating events ranging from intimate networking and employee engagement mixers, town halls, press events and cocktail receptions, this new venue is the ideal location for your next gathering!

STATE-OF-THE-ART-THEATERS - 2ND FLOOR
Film screenings, movie premieres, conferences and panel discussions - anything can be done in the new theaters! The larger Main theater seats up to 250 guests and the two supporting smaller theaters seat up to 110 guests each. Details include:

MARKETPLACE - 1ST FLOOR
The first floor of The Commons, known as the "Marketplace" will include a variety of dining spaces that can also be utilized for events. The use of each space will vary based on dining hours and event size.
THE GREEN
A natural grass area with lush landscape for employees to enjoy during business hours. In the evenings it can also be utilized for intimate cocktail parties, movie screenings and networking events. Three Pavillions are located on The Green to be used for small gatherings; one is fully enclosed with dedicated AV. The Green has minimal lighting available, event lighting will need to be supplemented.
