The Universal Prop House boasts one of the industry's largest and most diverse collections of props. Three expansive showroom floors house an extensive inventory, including hand props, furniture, lighting, household items, office and restaurant equipment, statues, and more. Conveniently located on the studio lot, this easy access ensures quick turnaround times for productions filming both on and off the lot. The Prop House also offers rental services for a wide variety of special events.

The Drapery department offers full-service manufacturing, and installation services. The team works with any production and special events to make sure everything is finished in a timely manner.
